Queen Eleanor—a Catholic Christian, King Richard’s and Princess Joan’s mother known as “the Queen Mother”, who appeared in Emily McMermaid’s dream.

Reggiena Fisch—a devout Catholic Christian, Baldwin Shawnee Cross Country and Track runner, girlfriend at first of Richard McMurphy and then girlfriend of Stanley von Mainz, and off and on best friend of Victoria McMurphy.

Dr. Hoffmann—a Lutheran Christian, German 3, 4, and A.P. German teacher, and the Head Junior Varsity Soccer Coach.

Princess Joan—a Catholic Christian, sister of King Richard I of England, who refused to marry Sultan Saladin’s brother Sultan Al-Adil of Egypt in Emily McMermaid’s dream.

Coach Mary Kelly—a Methodist Christian, Latin teacher, Cross-Country coach, and Track coach at Dublin Public High School.

King Richard I—a Catholic Christian, King of England, who went on the Third Crusade to retake Jerusalem from the Muslims under the leadership of Sultan Saladin, but he was forced to march home to England, to liberate the Anglo-Saxons or English people from his bratty baby brother Prince John, and who appeared in Emily McMermaid’s dream.

Duke Leopold—a Catholic Christian, Duke of Austria, who was rude to King Richard I of England by putting his flag on the city walls of Acre, who appeared in Emily McMermaid’s dream.

Katherine Lii—a Methodist Christian, a best friend of Richard McMurphy, the girlfriend of Josh Siemen, and a Baldwin Shawnee Cross Country and Track Runner.

Tom Lincoln—a non-Denominational Christian and a member of the band The Crazy Baldwiners.

Coach Lions—a Catholic Christian, Chemistry teacher, a football coach, and the Track Throwing Coach.

Reverend Luke Longburry—a Reformed Baptist Christian and a former pastor at City of God Christian Union Church.

Mary Longburry—a Reformed Baptist Christian and Rev. Longburry’s wife.

Lord Robin Loxley—a Catholic Christian, also known as Robin Hood, who fought alongside King Richard I of England and Lord Richard McMurphy of Limerick, Ireland, and who appeared in Emily McMermaid’s dream.

Marian Luke—a Methodist Christian, a Tomboy, a Cross Country Runner, and Richard McMurphy’s Cross Country sister.

Guy de Lusignan—a Catholic Christian, former King of Jerusalem, who was ousted from the throne of the Christian Kingdom of Jerusalem by Sultan Saladin, helped King Richard I of England at the Battle of Acre during the Third Crusade, and who appeared in Emily McMermaid’s dream.

Coach MacDonald—a Church of God Christian, who goes to Shawnee Church of God, Biology teacher, young lady, who likes red headed men, and a Cross Country and Track coach under Coach O’Holly.

Thomas Machsdale—a Methodist Christian, a football player, and one of Richard McMurphy’s best friends.

A Free Mason—a mean dude, who hates Roman Catholics with a passion, who insulted Reggiena Fisch, and who was kicked in the groin by Richard McMurphy.

Ben McKing—an Calvinist Christian, a cousin of McMurphy kids, a Baldwin Shawnee Cross Country Runner, and the runner, who scratched up Speedyville High School’s marble floor.

Coach McKinley—a non-Denominational Christian and Fellowship of Christian Athletes advisor.

Emily McMermaid—an Anglican Christian, an actual mermaid, a ginger (redhead), and Richard McMurphy’s fat girlfriend, whom Richard is attracted to, because she’s a fat ginger.

Ashley McMurphy—a Lutheran Christian and Richard McMurphy’s little sister and Eleanor McMurphy’s older twin sister.

Eleanor McMurphy—a Disciples of Christ Christian and Richard McMurphy’s little sister and Ashley McMurphy’s little twin sister.

Elisabeth McMurphy—a Lutheran Christian, sister to Hannah Schaeffer, and late grandmother to McMurphy kids.

Victoria McMurphy—a devout Calvinist Christian, older twin sister of Richard McMurphy, an on and off best friend of Reggiena Fisch, Cross Country and Track Runner, and the girlfriend of the narrator Max Bailey.

Coach McMusic—the Speedyville Cross Country Coach.

The Messenger—a Catholic Christian and a male servant of King Richard I of England, whom the King sent as a messenger to Lord Richard McMurphy in Emily McMermaid’s dream.

Mrs. Muehller—a Lutheran Christian and an English Literature teacher.

Mrs. Nummer—a Math teacher.

Father O’Brien—a Catholic Christian and priest at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Limerick, Ireland, who appeared in Emily McMermaid’s dream.

Sidney O’Connor— a non-Denominational Christian, a cousin to the McMurphy kids, and Elida High School Cross Country and Track Runner.

Coach O’Donnell—Suzy Q. O’Donnell is her name, History teacher, and Cross Country and Track Coach.

John O’Hara—a devout Lutheran Christian, older twin brother of Maggie O’Hara, and a Dublin Public High School Cross Country and Track Runner.

Maggie O’Hara—a devout Lutheran Christian, twin sister of John O’Hara, a ginger (redhead), Dublin Public High School Cross Country Team Manager, a Dublin Public High School Track Athlete, and the fat girlfriend of Joe Wayne, whom he is attracted to, because she is fat.

Coach O’Holly—a Methodist Christian, father figure to Richard McMurphy and all of his athletes, Head Cross Country Coach, Head Track Coach of Baldwin Shawnee High School, and Latin teacher.

Mrs. O’Holly—a Methodist Christian, a school bus driver, and Coach O’Holly’s wife.

Queen Berengaria of Navarre—a Catholic Christian and the wife of King Richard I of England, Queen of England, who came from Navarre in Sicily, and who appeared in Emily McMermaid’s dream.

Old Coach O’Flinn—a Drivers Ed. Teacher.

Mr. O’Reilly—a Lutheran Christian and the Baldwin Shawnee High School Principal.

King Phillip—French King and closet transgender person, secret admirer of King Richard I, and someone, whom Emily McMermaid hates in her dream.

Coach Saddler—a Catholic Christian, who is open to Lutheranism, Psychology and History teacher, a Basketball Coach under Coach Berkawitz, and a guidance counselor.

Sultan Saladin—Muslim ruler of Syria and Jerusalem, who surrendered Jerusalem to Lord Richard McMurphy of Limerick, Ireland in Emily McMermaid’s dream. 

Evan Schaeffer—a Lutheran Christian, great uncle of the McMurphy kids, husband of Hannah Schaeffer, who told ornery jokes, and went to Heaven in October 2009.

Hannah Schaeffer—a Lutheran Christian, great aunt of McMurphy kids, and the wife of Evan Schaeffer.

Frau Schmidt—a Methodist Christian and German 1-2 teacher.

Josh Siemen—a Lutheran Christian, a best friend of both Richard McMurphy and Stanley von Mainz, the boyfriend of Katherine Lii, and lead guitar player in the band The Crazy Baldwiners.

A Muslim Soldier—sent by Sultan Saladin, to give King Richard I of England a new horse.
