Rush Limbaugh and Christianity

Hello everyone!

Rush Limbaugh Reflections: We are going to look at one of my heroes today. I am a proud "Rush Baby" and I am really grateful for Yahweh, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit creating Rush Limbaugh. I first remember listening to Rush Limbaugh, when my grandma or my dad would pick me up from school during my middle school and high school years. Some people called me "Rush Limbaugh Jr." in high school and some of my teachers at Shawnee High School in Lima, Ohio really appreciated, what I had to say both religiously and politically, because they sadly had their Freedom of Speech limited on the job, if they were conservative. I listened to Rush Limbaugh in my truck, when I got my driver's license in August 2009 during my senior year of high school, and also in college and even today in my car, when I have time.

Who is Rush Limbaugh? Rush Limbaugh is a conservative radio talk show host on "The Rush Limbaugh Show," an un-elected and yet still awesome leader in the Republican Party, and an author, who sadly has stage four lung cancer. Rush Limbaugh's younger brother, David Limbaugh, is an attorney, author, and Evangelical Christian apologist. Rush is the husband of Kathryn Limbaugh. Rush Limbaugh is a supporter of President Donald Trump,Texas Senator Ted Cruz, and Kentucky Senator Rand Paul. Rush Limbaugh is a friend of his fellow radio hosts, Sean Hannity and Glenn Beck, and Mark Steyn, who is a guest radio host on "The Rush Limbaugh Show," when Rush is sick or taking some time off. Most of all Rush Limbaugh is a great American Patriot and tireless Crusader against Liberalism, where ever it is found.

Rush Limbaugh has had a fascinating career in radio and even on television for a few years, when he was young. Several people agree, that Rush Limbaugh has been one of the greatest leaders in both the American Conservative Movement and Republican Party since Ronald Reagan. Rush Limbaugh is a proud enemy of the American Left and the Worldwide Left.

Rush Limbaugh has been battling Liberals since the Bill Clinton years. Rush Limbaugh has been a thorn in Bill and Hillary Clinton's sides for decades. Bill Clinton cheated on his wife, Hillary, for decades. Some of those women willingly had affairs with Bill Clinton, but some of them were either physically forced by Bill Clinton and some of them were manipulated by Bill Clinton. Hillary Clinton blamed her husband's troubles on Rush Limbaugh and she blamed Rush for her loss to Donald Trump in 2016 along with several other people.

Rush Limbaugh warned us about Barack Obama and the great threat Obama was to our country. Things looked pretty bad under Barack Obama, but Rush Limbaugh had a great sense of humor and a great sense of optimism. Perhaps I get my great sense of optimism from Rush Limbaugh. Rush brings me and thousands of Americans and perhaps even millions of people a lot of joy. Rush plays Paul Shenklin's political parody songs on his show. Two of my favorites are "Baracka Claus is Coming to Town" and "Jolly Old Saint Obama," because they are Christmas Carols. "Baracka Claus is Coming to Town" is set to the tune of "Santa Claus is Coming to Town" and it is comical look at Barack Obama acting like Santa Claus by giving away a lot of free stuff. "Jolly Old Saint Obama" is a comical look at Barack Obama usurping Santa Claus' authority within the realm of Christmas and replacing the jolly fat man, who gives children gifts on Christmas Eve. Rush reluctantly supported the late Senator John McCain for President in 2008 against then Senator Barack Obama, but Rush was a lot more enthusiastic about Governor Mitt Romney's Presidential Campaign against then President Barack Obama in 2012.

Rush Limbaugh not only led us on the Right through the dark and troubling times of Barack Obama, but he has helped us transition from the failure of the Obama years to the prosperity of the Trump years. Rush was publicly neutral in the 2016 Republican Primary, but he still said a lot of nice things about Donald Trump, Rand Paul, and Ted Cruz. The quote by Rush Limbaugh about Donald Trump and Jesus our Messiah speaks volumes. Rush said, "Republicans need to understand. Donald Trump is not the problem. If Jesus Christ was the Republican nominee, the Democrats would find a way to smear His Name and make Him look unsuitable for President." Let that sink in! Sadly Rush is right about this among several other issues.

Why is Rush Limbaugh really important, when it comes to Ohio Irish Lutheran Press (OIL Press)? Rush Limbaugh is a source in my upcoming History book Martin Luther, William Tyndale, James Ussher, and their Work in Classics: With Other Christian Essays. What is this book about? This book will about the lives, ministries, work in the field of Classics aka Ancient Greek and Roman Civilizations, and most importantly the Faith in Yahweh, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit of Martin Luther, William Tyndale, and James Ussher. What do Martin Luther, William Tyndale, and James Ussher have to do with Rush Limbaugh? Well once I publish the book, you'll be able to find out. I hope to have this book published sometime this year. With Rush Limbaugh's recent diagnosis of lung cancer, I need to hurry up and get this book finished. This book is totally written, but it just needs to be edited and I need to commission a cover design and I need to have it printed.

Rush Limbaugh is a wise leader and The Book of Proverbs is a Biblical book devoted to wisdom, so let us read Proverbs 9:1-10:

"9:1 Wisdom hath builded her house, she hath hewn out her seven pillars: She hath killed her beasts; she hath mingled her wine; she hath also furnished her table. She hath sent forth her maidens: she crieth upon the highest places of the city, 'Whoso is simple, let him turn in hither:' as for him that wanteth understanding, she saith to him, 'Come, eat of my bread, and drink of the wine, which I have mingled. Forsake the foolish, and live; and go in the way of understanding.' He, that reproveth a scorner, getteth to himself shame: and he, that rebuketh a wicked man, getteth himself a blot. Reprove not a scorner, lest he hate thee: rebuke a wise man, and he will love thee. Give instruction to a wise man, and he will be yet wiser: teach a just man, and he will increase in learning. 10 The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding" (KJV 1611).

Angels Holding Butterflies. I like the Cross-Bearing Angels the best, because they are carrying Crosses. Each one bearing a Cross reminds us, that Jesus died on the True Cross to save every single person from death, Hell, Satan, Satan's Demons, Original Sin from Adam and Eve, and their personal sins. They're available exclusively at Jen's Furniture and Collectibles (JFC) on the corner High Street and Chestnut Street in between Circle K Gas Station and Zion Lutheran Church (NALC) in St. Marys, Ohio.
