Future Plans and Upcoming Book Signings

Happy Epiphany!

Future Plans Reflections: 2020 is over and 2021 is here. Will 2021 be better than 2020, worse than 2021, or just more of the same? It is hard to say, what this strange and New Year will be like. I am extremely restless and I want to get quite a few things done in 2021. This will not be easy due to the ever changing political, economic, and health situations, but I must push ahead like everyone else.

Regardless of what happens in 2021, I must remember, that I am a baptized child of God. Yahweh, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit have carried us through many strange and terrible years like 2020 for example. My philosophy is, that the overall situation is bad, as we continue to deal with the Corona Virus situation, so we must create several little good situations. That is something, which I really plan to focus on in 2021. Yahweh, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit shall create these several good situations in and through me.

What are my future plans? I have quite a few of actually. I plan on having several book signings this year, as I do every year. I want to start covering more topics in my blog this year and I want to get the Pastor of the Month Series back up and running. This year has less people running for public office than last year, but I still plan on endorsing some different people, who will be running this year.

I was supposed to start my seminary education this January at The American Lutheran Theological Seminary (ALTS), but sadly there were some funding issues. Due to these funding issues at The ALTS, I decided, that I should go back to American Military University (AMU) and finish my Masters of Arts in Ancient and Classical History. I am sad, that I have to wait yet again to start my seminary education, but, since I was accepted to The ALTS in autumn 2020, I am pretty sure, that this is just not the right time to pursue a Masters of Divinity, but that time will come someday. I am currently signed up for two classes this semester: Medieval Europe and Ancient Warfare. Medieval Europe will run from February 1, 2021 to March 28, 2021 and Ancient Warfare will run from April 5, 2021 to May 30, 2021. Both Medieval Europe and Ancient Warfare will result in me completing two very important classes for my MA in History and I will end up with two different books. Both AMU and The ALTS are 100% online, except for graduation, which makes life easy.

Speaking of books, August 11, 2021 will be the Ten Year Anniversary of the Publishing of my Very First Book The Adventures of Richard McMurphy. I have been very busy working on the Ten Year Anniversary Edition aka the Second Edition of The Adventures of Richard McMurphy and my goal is to have this new version my Very First Book out in time for the Ten Year Anniversary of the Publishing the original version of The Adventures of Richard McMurphy. The Adventures of Richard McMurphy is the book, "that stared it all," and this year is a year to celebrate my vocations of author and self-publisher. At some point in the near future, I will need to republish A Survey of Classical Mythology and The Rising of The Moon Book 1: Changing Tides Part 1.

Other new book topics include, but are not limited to: Ancient Greek History, Ancient Roman History, the Renaissance and the Reformation, the American Revolution, Norse Mythology, Lutheran Church History from the death of Martin Luther to current times, and the History of Christmas. My Ancient Greek History book is completely written and it is in the editing stage. My history book The American Revolution was completely written, but then I decided to add two more chapters and I need to finish them. I have several chapters written for my Ancient Roman History book and my Renaissance and Reformation History book, but I still have a long ways to go, before they are completely written. I keep writing my Norse Mythology book, my Lutheran Church History book from the death of Martin Luther to current times, and my Christmas History book, when I have time and I am in the mood. I have mountains of work surrounding me all the time, so I just need to work on things, as I have time, when they need to be done, and when I am in the mood.

Let us read Psalm 96:

"96:1 O sing unto the LORD a new song: sing unto the LORD, all the earth. Sing unto the LORD, bless His Name; shew (show) forth His Salvation from day to day. Declare His Glory among the Heathen, His Wonders among all people. For the LORD is great, and greatly to be praised: He is to be feared above all gods. For all the gods of the nations are idols: but the LORD made the heavens. Honour and majesty are before Him: strength and beauty are in His Sanctuary. Give unto the LORD, O ye kindreds of the people, give unto the LORD Glory and strength. Give unto the LORD the Glory due unto His Name: bring an offering, and come into His Courts. O worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness: fear before Him, all the earth. 10 Say among the Heathen, that the LORD reigneth: the world also shall be established, that it shall not be moved: He shall judge the people righteously. 11 Let the heavens rejoice, and let the earth be glad; let the sea roar, and the fulness thereof. 12 Let the field be joyful, and all that is therein: then shall all the trees of the wood rejoice 13 Before the LORD: for He cometh, for He cometh to judge the earth: He shall judge the world with righteousness, and the people with His Truth" (KJV 1611).

My Green Irish Angel Statues: My Green Irish Angel Statues are really cute! They are only $1 each and they make great gifts. I have three kinds: 1. Cross-Bearing Angels, 2. Praying Angels, and 3. Angels Holding Butterflies. I like the Cross-Bearing Angels the best, because they are carrying Crosses. Each one bearing a Cross reminds us, that Jesus died on the True Cross to save every single person from death, Hell, Satan, Satan's Demons, Original Sin from Adam and Eve, and their personal sins. They're available exclusively at Jen's Furniture and Collectibles (JFC) on the corner High Street and Chestnut Street in between Circle K Gas Station and Zion Lutheran Church (NALC) in St. Marys, Ohio.
